The Spectrum customers had an implied contract with Spectrum for the chosen tier level of subscription originally offered to them, Charter DBA Spectrum arbitrarily and captiously decided to cease and desist multiple channels on applicable trier level arbitrarily with prejudice several weeks ago, it appears with was done in concert with Disney who could actually be a co-conspirator. And some of the other ones that we missed because children watch this freeform too there’s a lot of things on there for them too and some of the other Disney channels that we lost also some of the other Disney channels we lost and our bill hasn’t gone down because of it moving these channels from spectrum and that is not fair to us customers And I’m 71 years old and with my health problems I don’t act like I’m 71 years old and I don’t look at either and don’t sound like I’m 71 years old either but we like to watch these kind of programs on that channel that we had and I’m not the only one and it would be nice if we could have that back. There’s people like me that can’t go out anywhere because the covid-19 is back again and I have health problems that I can’t go out there and I watched TV and I enjoyed the free form that we had before and there are a lot of other people there are a lot of other people that would like to watch the freeform that we had. So it would be very nice to have the freeform that we had before. What you’re talking about on Hulu they just have movies it’s not on a special Channel or anything like that. With the freeform that we had had movies for children and adults on there had TV shows and programs besides it had a lot of different things on that station that’s what people would like to have back. And other programs primetime Netflix and like others etc: just movies & shows.& freeform is the same way just movies. Beside myself there are a lot of others that want the freeform we had.
